Crimson won the first prize in “India SME Heroes Challenge” organized by Google and Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) in July 2013. Crimson won the World Quality Commitment (WQC) Award in the Gold Category at the 26th International World Quality Commitment Star Award on October 29, 2012. Our achievement is symbolic of the importance of and efforts invested in attaining extremely high quality standards. The award is presented by Business Initiative Directions (B.I.D.), an organization that recognizes companies worldwide for their implementation and promotion of quality culture. For the year 2012, companies from 74 countries gathered to commemorate the awards ceremony in Paris. Companies were selected on the basis of the QC100 model of Total Quality Management (TQM). This model keeps quality at the center of all company activities, from customer satisfaction to leadership, technology, and business results. With its impeccable customer satisfaction record and persistence toward quality-centric innovations at Enago, Ulatus, and Voxtab, Crimson stood victorious.
Crimson’s commitment toward maintaining high quality standards was lauded when it received the prestigious Red Herring Top 100 Global Award for 2010. This award recognizes the 100 “Most Promising” companies in the world, driving the future of technology. Crimson won this award in Los Angeles in January 2011.
Crimson gained the distinction of being the only academic editing company in the world to have won this award, at both Asia-Pacific and Global levels. This coveted distinction was awarded after a rigorous evaluation conducted by a panel that comprised, among others, venture capitalists and serial entrepreneurs. This recognition puts Crimson in the same league as Google, Yahoo, and YouTube, which have been accorded similar recognition in the past.
Crimson was awarded the Red Herring Top 100 companies award in the Asia-Pacific region for 2010 in November 2010 in Shanghai, China. Crimson was the only academic editing company that made it to the top 100. This award truly reflected our company's commitment for attaining immaculate quality standards.
Our CEO, Sharad Mittal, was awarded the Indian Achievers Award for Corporate Leadership by the All India Achievers Foundation. The award was conferred in recognition of Sharad’s excellent leadership skills that transformed Crimson Interactive from a 3-member team to 60-member organization within a span of 3 years. At the awards ceremony, Sharad was also lauded for being one of the youngest CEOs to receive the award. His sharp sense of business and client knowledge enabled Crimson to be among the top three editing companies in Japan.
