As the leader, he has provided the vision, strategic nous, and business acumen necessary to build Crimson from the ground up into the global behemoth it is today. His endeavor to consistently pursue new opportunities has ensured that Crimson has never remained stagnant and become a multicultural hub with some of the best global talent in the industry. Sharad holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai.
