Job Description:

• Assists with consistent phone calls and appointments to USA to meet specific plans & ensure revenue growth in all company’s offerings and services.
• Help formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures in the Americas region.
• Establish personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.
• Collaborates with client servicing and Business heads to develop sales strategies to improve market share in the product lines offered in the region.
• Performs sales activities on key accounts and negotiates pricing and discounts in consultation with Sales/Client Servicing/Business Heads.
• Educates partners/resellers by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging service line offerings and multi-service sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies
• Reports directly to Sales Head

Prerequisites:

• A US National with a University or Junior college degree
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
• Ability to motivate and lead partners, resellers and future team hires in the region.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Work Timing:

2:00 PM till 10:00 PM India time (1 hour total break included)
