We follow a 3-tiered check model to ensure high-quality transcription. This model involves three checks of the transcribed output. The document is checked twice by a transcriber, and then, a final check is carried out by a quality analyst (language expert). Our quality analysts are certified transcribers, have subject matter expertise, and an average transcription experience of 8.8 years.

We follow a stringent client redressal system to address all client concerns. All client complaints are checked by our quality analysts. The aim is analyze each case using the root cause analysis methodology to ensure a definitive solution that is used as a remedial as well as a preventive step to avoid any future cases of similar nature.
