The 2022 session of the Economic Times Global Indian awards saw Sharad Mittal being recognized for the company’s excellence in Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing-based innovations. The award was a recognition of his leadership and his company’s influence towards serving the needs of the global corporate, scientific research, and academic community through next-gen grammar correction tools and language enhancement products, including Grammar Error Correction within Trinka AI, Recommendation systems/Relatedness, Concepts Engine etc.

The 30th session of the HRD Congress, which is a global organization, voluntarily came forward and recognized Crimson for its employee-focused activities. This award validated Crimson's success in creating a positive and collaborative workspace. It recognized the Company's gender-balanced workforce (male to female ratio 54:46), gender-neutral and LGBTQ+ friendly policies, and career progression programs including T-square and Employee Stock Ownership Plan.

Crimson Interactive has been awarded the best employer in Asia for 2021 for its employee-centric activities. Crimson launched several initiatives for its employees’ well-being and career progression. The Employer Branding Institute recognized Crimson’s efforts, such as introducing insightful learning and development programs, organizing wellness sessions, acknowledging employees’ accomplishments, and developing effective COVID-19 response strategies in the best interest of the employees. This award validates Crimson’s success in creating a positive and collaborative workspace.

Crimson Interactive competed against 12000 applications from 70+ countries and won the Silver Stevie Award for its efforts to ensure Crimsonites' health, wellbeing, and career development. Crimson launched initiatives such as the T-square program, Apni Paatshala, Crimson Annual Awards Night (CAAN), monthly Appreciation Day, an annual sponsorship program for prestigious certifications, establishing COVID-19 support strategies, and more. Crimson's initiatives were recognized and honored by a specialized jury of more than 70 professionals at an international platform.

Crimson won the first prize in “India SME Heroes Challenge” organized by Google and Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) in July 2013.
